About

I take hard technical constraints and turn them into shipped products. Sole PM across a 235-engineer org with no safety net, building SaaS from scratch at a hardware company that had never done it.

Summary

-53% → +34% YoY | 9 variants → 5 | 25 → 59 features/yr | 7-fig ARR | 33K enterprise tenants | 235 engineers, primary PM

Highlights

When I joined, the video portfolio was down over 50% and nobody had named why. I traced it to a chip-level hardware constraint — the existing processor couldn't support the Android version our entire software roadmap depended on. I called the platform refresh, defined minimal device changes, and shipped 8 hardware products in 9 months. Portfolio recovered to +34% YoY growth. Simultaneously I killed 7 unshipped hardware programs and ended feature development for 11 legacy devices still in market — freeing 17 engineering teams from context-switching. The compounding effect showed up in delivery velocity: on track for 59 customer features in 2026, up from 25 in 2024. On the business model side, I built HP's first SaaS product from zero and reached seven-figure ARR in 9 months with no dedicated sales motion.

Zoom
|

Product Lead, AI Automation & Hardware Ecosystem

San Jose, CA, USA

Summary

$35M annual revenue | $15M+ sales accelerated 3 qtrs | InfoComm Best of Show

Highlights

Identified two blockers to Zoom Rooms enterprise growth: deployment friction and broken hybrid meeting experience. Built a zero-code automation tool that generated $35M in annual services revenue. Originated Intelligent Director — made the call to run AI inference on-device rather than cloud, which defined the hardware requirements, engineering scope, and product roadmap. It shipped, won InfoComm Best of Show, and became the foundation for HP Poly's DirectorAI.
